* Wilden Sanitary Pumps *
The Saniflo pump line is specifically designed to meet the strict guidelines established for sanitary process applications. Saniflo pumps incorporate a straight flow-through design to assure that product will not stagnate or become trapped. Two pumping chambers reduce velocity within the pump resulting in high shear sensitivity. The pumps do not utilize close fitting parts thus allowing solids to pass without harm. Abrasive and viscous products are also pumped easily without altering product integrity. The Saniflo pump line is comprised of 3 classifications: FDA, USDA, and 3-A to satisfy your requirements. All Saniflo pumps are constructed of 316 S.S. wetted parts with Teflon®, Viton®, or Sani-Flex (Hytrel®) elastomers. Tri-clamp style inlet and discharge ports offer quick, easy disconnect for cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. The wing nut fasteners provide easy grip for the removal of the pump clamp bands which further expedites these processes. Saniflo is sanitary pump technology at its best.
* Wilden Pure Pumps *
Wilden manufactures Ultra-PureTM and Hytec® pump lines specifically designed to meet the strict guidelines of the electronic and semiconductor industries. These pumps incorporate the latest technology, materials of construction, and quality control techniques available to industry which provide you with a safe working environment, contamination reduction, and higher product yield. All pumps are constructed, tested, and packaged in a class 100 cleanroom in accordance with our ISO 9001 quality system to assure product cleanliness and application integrity.
* Wilden M-Series Pumps *
What Happened to the M-SERIES pump? As a result of Wilden's continual pursuit of new pump technology, the traditional M-Series air distribution system has been replaced with the Turbo-Flo air distribution system. This advancement in technology brings with it several improvements to enhance the operation of your pump. All pumps previously referred to as an M-Series are now part of the Turbo-Flo family of pumps.
To further enhance the performance and reliability of the air-operated pumps within your operation, Wilden now offers the latest technological advancements in air distribution systems. The Pro-Flo, Wil-Flo, and Accu-Flo air systems offer lube-free and non-stalling operation, as well as, improved performance and efficiency. These three air systems are also exclusively available with the new Advanced Series line of pumps which offer superior containment, larger solids passage and the increased flow rates required for today's more demanding operational needs.
To take advantage of the latest technology, Wilden offers a variety of retrofit kits to upgrade existing M-Series and T-series pumps. Contact DL Thurrott Today at 1-800-795-7024
