Duplex boiler feed system as manufactured by D.L. Thurrott, Inc. or approved equal.
This unit is to be rated for gpm @ psig.
Pump(s) to be series SPK or CRK as manufactured by Grundfos Pumps Corporation and have 304 stainless steeel impellars, casings, inlet strainer screen, suction inducer, and seal parts. Pumps suitable for operation to 210F.
Motor(s) to be hp rpm volts phase 60 hertz with TEFC enclosure.
Receiver to be 304 stainless steel with minimum 12 guage thickness and with "vent, "inlet, "overflow, and 1" drain. All welds to be full penetration.
Provide level switch with 304 stainless float and rod, with cast iron mounting bushing. The float to operate a brass normally closed low water makeup solenoid valve. Suction isolation valves must not be required to remove one pump for service while the other continues to operate.

Duplex control panel with NEMA 4/12 enclosure, electric alternator, magnetic starters, H-O-A selector switches, 110 volt control circuit transformer, main disconnect switch with separate fusing for each motor, and run run lights. Panels are to be mounted, wired, and tested before shipment.

Sight glass set with brass valves.

Stainless steel bi-metal thermometer with 2-1/2" dial and 0 - 250F range.

Replace cast iron/brass float bushing with 304 stainless steel.

Replace cast iron pump discharge with 304 stainless steel.
